Main Set:
500 steady
250 build x 50’s
5x100 steady @ 10sec rest

200 easy choice

SWIM #3

5 x 100 drill & swim
Main Set:
3 x 600 @ 1min rest
WD
4-8 x 25 drill

Dave, they need more volume! Swimming is non weight bearing. Put up some workouts with some "meat".
