Holy Schnike's ... been too long since i posted, though i had every intention of doing it sooner of course. I was prompted by someone asking about my health. Well, currently still in the same situation as previous but off to a new Dr. today with hopes of moving forward. All i have been doing are walks and strength training.
I have been looking over photos from the camp the last 2 days and they seem to bring some sense of calm to me (for whatever reason). What i'm going to try and do is post my favorite photos from camp and maybe even tell al ittle story why i like it.
For now; the photo above is probably the last time i rode my bike outdoors. It's from the last day of camp when i rode a little bit with one of the groups. This is on a small uphill leaving the town of Bodega. Something about the sun and my riding partners that day keeps the memory fresh in my brain. This photo helps me remember what it's like to feel good on the bike ... the posture just looks good and strong, on both riders;)
