Back in Action

I wanted to drop a quick entry here as i have returned from my Kona trip. Above is a nice photo from our breakfast a couple days before The Hawaii Ironman. Special thanks to Scott from Fuel Belt and Greg from AlCis for helping me look after everybody. Race week over there has turned in to such a zoo that it's really good to be home in comfortable surroundings and see Jen ... she of course is tired from training for Ironman Florida.

Speaking of Ironman Florida, we'll be headed there in a couple weeks as a few more of the crew (Jen, Layne, and Cheyl) are doing that event! Should be a nice trip and be a little less zoo-like than Kona.

I'll drop back in a couple days for some race notes (Kona, Toyota US Open, and Rock & Roll Half Marathon in San Jose)
